The answer is YES.
But let me be honest—have I loved all of my jobs? Well… maybe not entirely.
Over the years, I’ve realised something important: whether I truly loved a job or just convinced myself I did, the result was the same. By programming my mindset to find value in the work I was doing, I not only got the most out of the role but also gave my best in return.
Now, let me ask you: Do you love your job? If not, could you?
In all sincerity, I feel for anyone who hates their job. We spend so much of our lives working that it’s heartbreaking to imagine feeling trapped in something you dread. I’ve experienced fleeting moments of “Monday blues,” and even that was tough. To live like that constantly? It’s exhausting.
So, here’s my advice: Love your job—or do something about it.
What does “something” look like? That’s where coaching can make all the difference.
A great coach will help you see through the fog, find clarity, and guide you toward a better place—both professionally and personally. Coaching can turn aspirations into achievable goals and transform your career and mindset in ways you might not even imagine.
So, I’ll leave you with this thought: what step will you take to love your job—or your life—a little more?
