Raised on a dairy farm in Lancashire, Laurence was schooled in Manchester and graduated with a BA (hons) in Enterprise, Innovation and Communication from Staffordshire University.
After embarking in a career in retail, Laurence started his first business in 2009, the same year he went back in the Agricultural Industry. From there he joined the world of robotics, automation and AI while representing Lely. This role took Laurence around the world in his role as Director.
Laurence gained further corporate experience within Europe’s largest feed and manufacturing company ForFarmers before joining Carrs Billington as their Sales and Marketing Director.
In 2015 Laurence gained his Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Sustainability which then led him to study for his ILM 7 in Executive Coaching in 2021. Laurence is currently studying for his ILM 6 in Non-Executive Directorship certificate.
