Everyone loves a goodie bag, don’t they?

A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of attending an exclusive hospitality day hosted by Aston Martin and the team at Denton Hall Nature Reserve. It was one of those rare days where the setting, company, and conversations align to create something truly memorable.

I was fortunate to bring along a small group of people I work closely with, a mix of clients and trusted collaborators, to share the experience. And while the cars were impressive, the real value came from the conversations. The kind you rarely get time for in the pace of day-to-day business. Conversations about growth, leadership, values… and yes, horsepower.

What struck me most wasn’t just the performance on the track; but the performance off it. How we show up for each other. How trusted partnerships evolve not through transaction, but shared experience.
