Why clarity beats speed:

• Clarity collapses decision fatigue into decisive action.
• Clarity aligns strategy → priorities → execution, so teams stop firefighting and start delivering.
• Clarity builds trust: when people know the “why” and the “how,” they move together.

• Vision clarity: What must be true in 12–24 months?
• Priority clarity: What are the 3 non-negotiables now, and what are we deliberately ignoring?
• Role clarity: Who is accountable for what, by when?
• Communication clarity: How (and how often) do we share decisions and learning?

1. If we could only achieve three outcomes this quarter, what are they?
2. What are we not doing (and why)?
3. What decision am I postponing that is costing us momentum?
4. Who owns each priority, and how will we know it’s done?
5. What will we learn; even if we miss the target?
